                    Ginger-Soy Marinated Steak

                         Prep Time: 15 Min. Cook Time: 12 Min. Marinate: 6 Hr. What you need: (click + to add ingredients to your shopping list) + 1 beef Top Round Steak, cut 3/4 inch thick (1 lb.) Marinade: + 1/3 c. soy sauce + 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice + 2 Tbsp. honey + 1 Tbsp. minced garlic + 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger + 1 tsp. freshly grated lemon peel What to do: 1. Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl. Place beef steak and marinade in foodsafe plastic bag; turn steak to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight, turning occasionally. 2. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Place steak on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 2 to 3 inches from heat. Broil 12 to 13 minutes for medium rare (145°F) doneness, turning once. (Do not overcook.) 3.
