Mussels Steamed in White Wine

+ 1 onion, chopped
+ 2 garlic cloves, minced + 1 bay leaf + 2 tsp. basil + 1/4 c. celery, chopped + olive oil + 8 oz. dry white wine + 1 lb. mussels + parsley What to do:
1. Cover celery with olive oil. Saute onions, garlic, bay leaf, basil and celery together. Add the wine and mussels. Cover and steam for 4-6 min.
