+ 1 c. plain yogurt
+ 1 ripe banana, sliced + 1 Tbsp. honey + 1 Tbsp. wheat germ + 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg + whipped cream and/or chopped peanuts (optional) What to do:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy. Garnish with whipped cream and chopped peanuts or a banana slice.
