* 2 Tbsp. canola oil * 1-1/2 lb. cooked potatoes, cut into quarters * 1 tsp. herbs de provence * 1 Tbsp. canola oil * salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
1. Heat 2 Tbsp. of canola oil in saucepan over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and sauté for 15-20 min. until reheated throughout and nicely browned. Add herb, toss well. Remove from heat. 2. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. of canola oil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
