Banana Smoothie

| 1 c. plain yogurt |
| 1 ripe banana, sliced |
| 1 Tbsp. honey |
| 1 Tbsp. wheat germ |
| 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg |
| whipped cream and/or chopped peanuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy. Garnish with whipped cream and chopped peanuts or a banana slice.
