Trout BLT

What you need:
* 4 (6 oz.) Clear-CutsŪ Rainbow Trout fillets
* 8 slices sourdough bread, toasted
* green leaf lettuce
* mayonnaise (as needed)
* 8 slices vine ripe tomatoes
* 8 slices cooked Applewood bacon
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place trout on a foil-lined or greased shallow baking sheet. Bake 12 min. or until trout is cooked through (145°F internal temperature).
2. Assemble Sandwiches: Toast each slice of sourdough bread and spread with mayo. Top one slice with a piece of lettuce, two slices of tomato, two slices of bacon, one Rainbow Trout fillet and another slice of bread.
