* 1/2 c. non-fat vanilla yogurt
* 1/2 mango
* 1/4 c. fresh blueberries
* 1 tsp. roasted pecans
1. Put yogurt into a shallow glass or tumbler.
2. Add fruit and pecans on top.
3. Freeze for 5-10 min. and serve very cold.
